Grief doesn’t follow rules, healing doesn’t have timelines

I can’t tell you when it feels easier, but I’ll follow your pace honestly without pushing you past or letting you stay stuck

How can I support you

Grief doesn’t have a right pace or a correct way to unfold.
I offer different forms of support where you don’t have to explain yourself, perform healing, or be anywhere other than where you are right now. This space isn’t about me or anyone else — it’s about you and your pain.
I’m here to walk alongside you, without rushing, fixing, or telling you how your grief should look.

One-on-one grief coaching

Individual grief coaching is focused entirely on you.
In one-on-one sessions, we work at your pace, focusing on your feelings, questions, and experience. This is a certified coaching process designed to support you as you navigate grief in your own way without comparison, pressure, or expectations. I’m here to hold space and help you notice your own inner light as you move through this journey.

Group grief coaching

Guided grief coaching in a small, supportive group.
Group grief coaching brings together people who are navigating loss, while still being gently held by a structured coaching process. As a coach, I guide the space — not as the leading voice, but as someone who helps the group move safely and intentionally. The shared experience of others often helps us understand our own grief more clearly.

Peer-to-peer grief support

A shared space for grief, without hierarchy.
This is not coaching. This is a peer-to-peer support space where everyone — including me — participates as an equal. We share, listen, and sit together in grief, without fixing or leading. Sometimes one person holds the light, sometimes another; we change and share, we sit in silence, or we shout. But we are making sure that everyone is heard and no one carries it alone.

Grief educational workshop

Practical, compassionate education around grief.
These workshops are designed for people who want to understand grief better: their own or someone else’s. Topics may include supporting grieving loved ones and addressing grief in the workplace and other professional settings. Here, my experience as a psychologist, coach, and someone with lived trauma experience comes together in a grounded, human way.

A few words about me

My name is Olena Tarasova. I’m a certified Life and Wellness Coach in Canada, and my main focus is grief — the kind that doesn’t follow rules, timelines, or neat explanations.

I don’t believe in fixing people or rushing them forward. I believe in staying present, listening deeply, and helping you reconnect with your own inner light, even when it feels distant or barely visible.

I came to this work through both professional training and lived experience. If you’d like to know more about who I am and why I do this work, you can read my story here.

A quiet place to start

You don’t need to have all the answers before you reach out. Sometimes it’s enough to know someone is willing to walk alongside you and help you highlight what’s already there.
